Corporate Social Responsibility

With our fleet of electric cars, we strive to help cities minimize pollution, congestion, noise pollution and reduce the number of private cars on the streets. As a green business, we place great emphasis on being environmentally sustainable, however, we also aim to be sustainable throughout all other levels of our business. We recognize the importance of being transparent with our stakeholders, and so we commit to reporting on our sustainability initiatives annually and remain active in implementing changes and processes where needed. Our CSR policy is based on the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles, covering the four issue areas: Human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. As of January 21st, 2020, we became members of the UN Global Compact.

Our CSR reporting will be part of the annual report as of 2020.

Environment, Social, Governance

ESG metrics play an important role in showing a business’ societal and sustainability impacts. The metrics are becoming an increasingly important component for investors when considering investing in a company. GreenMobility reports on its ESG metrics through Nasdaq’s ESG disclosure form, which can be found below.

Our ESG metrics are reported in our annual report as of 2020.

UN Global Compact & SDGs

On January 21st, 2020 GreenMobility joined the UN Global Compact, hereby becoming a part of a community committed to promoting sustainable business practices. We support the UN Global Compact’s Ten Principles covering the issue areas: human rights, labour, environmental and anti-corruption. GreenMobility’s CSR policy and Code of Conduct for suppliers are also based on the ten principles.

SDGs

GreenMobility actively supports the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, in particular:

11: Sustainable cities and communities

How: Our fleet of electric city cars are 100% electric and so release zero emissions into the air. Thus, we offer cities with a sustainable form of transportation and an alternative to owning a private vehicle. Our concept also helps reduce the number of private cars on the roads, helping with urbanization as cities continue to grow.

12: Responsible consumption and production

How: GreenMobility aims to work with sustainable suppliers to ensure that the business is as green as possible. We also take measures internally to ensure that daily operations at the office are sustainable, such as introducing recycling and energy saving initiatives.

13: Climate Change

How: At GreenMobility we are constantly in dialogue with policy makers, educating them on the need to push the green agenda and the importance of making sustainable mobility solutions available for city residents. We also attend many events where we present our concept, which further educates the public on climate change initiatives and how to continue thriving in the modern world, without further harming our planet.
